Instructions
- Prepare the Eggs:

- Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
- Cook the Spinach:
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped spinach and sauté until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- Cook the Omelette:
- Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet with the spinach.
- Let the mixture cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set.
- Add the Cheese:
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over one half of the omelette.
- Fold and Finish:
- Gently fold the omelette in half.
- Cook for another minute to allow the cheese to melt.
- Serve:
- Carefully slide the omelette onto a plate.
