  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Eggs:

    • In a bowl, whisk the eggs thoroughly.
    • Season with salt and pepper to your liking.

  2. Cook the Spinach:

    • Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
    • Add the chopped spinach and sauté until wilted, about 2 minutes.

  3. Cook the Omelette:

    • Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet with the spinach.
    • Let the mixture cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set.

  4. Add the Cheese:

    • Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over one half of the omelette.

  5. Fold and Finish:

    • Gently fold the omelette in half.
    • Cook for another minute to allow the cheese to melt.

  6. Serve:

    • Carefully slide the omelette onto a plate.
    • Serve hot and enjoy!
