Instructions

1. Cook the Spaghetti

  • Drain the spaghetti, reserving some of the pasta water for later use.

2. Sauté the Zucchini

  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute, allowing the flavors to meld.

3. Combine Ingredients

  • Transfer the cooked spaghetti to the pan with the zucchini.
  • Toss everything together, adding reserved pasta water as needed to achieve a creamy consistency.

4. Add Cheese

  • Sprinkle the grated aged cheese over the pasta mixture.
  • Mix until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Serve

  • Plate the pasta, ensuring an even distribution of zucchini and sauce.
