- 1 small Napa cabbage, chopped
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for a gluten-free option)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Toss in carrots and bell pepper, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
- Add Napa cabbage and soy sauce, and cook until the cabbage is wilted, about 4 minutes.
- Stir in green onions, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
