Napa Cabbage Stir Fry recipe

  • 1 small Napa cabbage, chopped
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for a gluten-free option)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Toss in carrots and bell pepper, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
  4. Add Napa cabbage and soy sauce, and cook until the cabbage is wilted, about 4 minutes.
  5. Stir in green onions, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
