Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken:

- Create the Sauce:
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a simmer.
- Add the fresh spinach and let it wilt.
- Add Cream and Cheese:
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Add the mozzarella cheese and stir until it is melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Combine Chicken and Sauce:
- Slice the cooked chicken breasts and return them to the skillet.
- Coat the chicken with the creamy sauce.
- Serve:
- Serve the creamy chicken over cooked pasta, ensuring each serving is generously coated with the sauce.
