Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently with your hands until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Avoid overmixing, as this can result in tough patties.
  2. Shape Patties: Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a pattie. Make a slight indentation in the center of each pattie to prevent it from puffing up during cooking.
  3. Heat Skillet: Preheat a skillet over medium heat. You can also use a grill if preferred.
