- 2 cups spinach
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Optional: hot sauce
Instructions
1. Cook Potatoes
- Start by boiling the cubed potatoes in salted water for 10-15 minutes until they’re tender.
- Once cooked, drain the potatoes and set them aside.
2. Sear Steak
- Season the sirloin steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
- After cooking, let the steak rest for a few minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
3. Sauté Veggies
- In the same pan used for the steak, add another tablespoon of olive oil.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and spinach to the pan.
- Sauté the vegetables for 3-4 minutes until they’re tender and vibrant.
4. Assemble Bowl
- Slice the rested steak into thin strips.
- Place the potatoes as the base in your serving bowl.
- Arrange the sliced steak on top of the potatoes.
- Add the sautéed vegetables to the bowl.
- Drizzle with optional hot sauce for an added kick.
