  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 ripe mango, diced

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 avocado, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mango Salsa:

    • In a bowl, combine the diced mango, finely chopped red onion, diced red bell pepper, and fresh cilantro.
    • Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture.
    • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    • Mix well to combine all ingredients, then set aside to allow flavors to meld.

  2. Warm the Tortillas:

    • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
    • Warm each corn tortilla for about a minute on each side until they are pliable and slightly toasted.

  3. Assemble the Tacos:

    • Place a spoonful of spicy tuna onto each tortilla.
    • Top the tuna with a generous serving of mango salsa.

  4. Add Avocado (Optional):
