Instructions
- Preheat Your Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure it’s ready for baking.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large oven-safe dish, add the uncooked rice, vegetable broth, and olive oil. Stir well to combine.
- Mix in the Goodness: Add the milk, shredded cheese, diced bell peppers, frozen peas, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Cover and Bake: Cover the dish with aluminum foil to trap the steam and bake for 30 minutes.
- Finish Baking: Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
